Easygro potassium sulphate or Sulfate of potash (K2SO4) is a solid inorganic fertilizer with macronutrients.

Easygro potassium sulphate is a highly concentrated, well-soluble potassium fertilizer, with a low content of chloride and sodium. Easygro potassium sulphate is recommended for use in a variety of fertigration systems and foliar applications. Potassium sulphate, also known as sulfuric acid potassium, is nitrogen-free, dissolves well in water and is used for dosing potassium and sulphate.

Advantages

• Fast decomposition rate compared to standard SOP. At the recommended practical concentration of 100 g/l (10%), it takes only a few minutes to dissolve, with virtually no insoluble residue.
• The pH of the solution is lowered in alkaline water, reducing dripper clogging and keeping the micro-irrigation system clean. It also improves the availability of phosphorus, iron and certain micronutrients to the plant.
• Frequent application of potassium sulphate is highly recommended after fruit setting to improve the quality of the harvest.
• Suitable for salt and chloride sensitive crops but especially those where nitrogen needs to be reduced at the fruit ripening stage, whilst maintaining the correct N:K ratio for this stage.

Cons

• Avoid using the product in water with a high calcium content! The fertilizer is compatible with most other fertilizers except those containing calcium, which cause precipitation of CaSO4 (Gypsum). Potassium sulphate must therefore be dissolved in the B tank.
• If there is a large proportion of potassium sulphate in the B tank, the pH may become too low.

Application

Easygro potassium sulphate is well suited for salt and chloride sensitive crops due to the sulphate form in which it is offered.

Use this product to improve quality in various crops. It is also suitable for use as a sulfur fertilizer for various types of cabbage, rapeseed, onions, etc. Potassium sulphate can be used for additional fertilization via the rain pipe or the drip system.

Dose a maximum of 10kg per 100 liters of water in accordance with the nutritional needs of the crop and the agronomic conditions. Fertigation: Typically 100-800 kg/ha/season.

Storage
Store only in the original packaging. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at room temperature (<30°C) in accordance with legal standards. Avoid dust development. Keep away from chemically incompatible materials (reducing agents, combustibles, flammable materials). Normal hygiene. Keep packaging tightly closed.
